## About

## What it does
Base64 Encoder Decoder converts text to Base64 and back again. Send a `text` string with an `action` of `encode` or `decode`, and it returns the performed `action`, the `tool` name, and the resulting `result` string.

Use it when you need to safely move plain text through systems that expect Base64-encoded values, such as email payloads, configuration values, or webhook integrations. It also helps when you need to decode an encoded string back into readable text for debugging or data handling.

The request schema is intentionally small: one input object with `text` and `action`, no extra fields. The response is equally direct, so you can plug the result into downstream logic without parsing unrelated metadata.
