## About

## What it does
Video Compressor lets you send a video file and get a compressed version back. The endpoint accepts a binary `file` upload up to 100 MB, plus an optional `targetPercent` value between 0 and 1 to control the approximate output size. If you leave `targetPercent` out, the default is 0.5, which targets about half the original size.

Use it when you need to shrink uploads for faster delivery, lower storage costs, or fit videos into product workflows with size limits. You keep the compression step in your own application logic while delegating the actual file processing to a dedicated API endpoint.

The response schema is empty, so the service returns a successful result without additional documented fields. That makes it suitable for pipelines where the main requirement is to complete compression and move on to the next step.
