Returns a JSON object with a `proxies` array, and may also include `data` when you request `format=json`. By default, `proxies` is an array of `ip:port` strings.

## What it does
Free Proxy List returns a live inventory of public proxies, filtered by the criteria you send in the query string. You can request the full matching set in one call, or page through results with `limit` and `offset` when you need to cap response size.

Use `country`, `protocol`, `asn`, `subnet`, `port`, `anonymity`, `max_latency_ms`, `min_uptime_pct`, `recent`, and `sort` to narrow the list to the proxies you care about. The response can come back as `txt`, `json`, or `csv`, depending on the `format` parameter.

When you ask for `format=json`, each proxy object can include `ip`, `asn`, `city`, `port`, `region`, `status`, `asn_org`, `country`, `protocol`, `anonymity`, `latency_ms`, and `uptime_pct`. In the default text format, you get proxy addresses in `ip:port` form. Response headers also report how many rows were returned and how many are available for your filter set.

Free Proxy List is useful when you need a fresh proxy pool for routing tests, scraping workflows, geo-targeted checks, or uptime-based proxy selection. The list updates every few minutes, supports browser-side calls with CORS, and does not require an API key.
