We are excited to share some fixes and updates that will make your experience with Fusion smoother and more efficient. Here's what we have tackled with this release:

ApyHub Catalog new-feature

The ApyHub catalog is now available inside Fusion allowing you to directly check out and add any API in your tests and documents.

Projects new-feature

Fusion Project allows you to organize multiple fusion documents within a single space, helping you manage all related API requests in one place. Each project can contain as many Fusion Documents as needed, so you could, for example, create separate projects for front-end and back-end API requests.

Custom Templates new-feature

REST API Templates let you quickly get started with REST API calls by providing pre-configured blocks without the need to add them from scratch. The templates include common HTTP methods such as GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE. But that’s not all—you can now create your templates, tailored to your specific needs, and share them across your team or projects. Collaboration just got a whole lot easier!

New Block type: Imagenew-feature

Fusion now has a new Image Block accessible via the /image command. This block allows users to upload images either by selecting a file from their device or by providing an image URL, enhancing document customization and visual appeal.

In-line comments improvement

Available in JSON code block, users can toggle comments on individual lines within the JSON body using the “Control/Command + /” shortcut.

Offline Mode has been changed to Sandbox Mode: improvement

The Sandbox Mode feature allows users to work on a shared document locally, without real-time updates being reflected to other collaborators. This includes:
  • Local Editing: When sandbox mode is enabled, the document can be edited locally on your device. Changes you make will not be reflected on the shared document until you sync.
  • Syncing changes: Upon going back to Live Editor Mode (disabling Sandbox mode, you can choose to sync your changes from the edited documents to the remote/online document or discard the changes.)
  • Control Over Collaboration: You can now control when your updates are shared, preventing unintended changes from being reflected in the document during critical editing periods.
That’s all for now!
We are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our users, so stay tuned for more improvements and features in the future!
